We want you to love the shoes you walk in. So if the fit isn’t quite right or you’re just not crazy about the colour, you can exchange or return your iD’s.

Please note we craft these shoes with all the love and dedication we can, so please return them in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for worn shoes, so try them on in a loving manner to avoid damage. Always prefer carpeted floors when trying them on to avoid scratches :)

Our return policy

You can return your iD’s within 14 days from the date of delivery if they’re not right for you. If more than 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note return postage is covered by the customer, but if you exchange your shoes for another pair we’ll cover the cost of sending you the new pair.

We will exchange or give you a full refund of your original payment for shoes returned in their original, unworn condition in their original packaging. Please treat them nicely so someone else can fall in love with them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, then we will process your exchange or refund. In case of refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We’ll let you know once that’s processed and we’ll always try and do that as quick as possible!

If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we'll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment.

Returns deemed worn will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in no refund or partial store credit depending on the case. We may also return shoes that are deemed worn to you. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email us on

Our goal is to be your favourite shoe brand, so we’ll photograph any returns due to imperfections, so we can address this with our factory in future. We’ll also photograph any scratches or markings that may give them the appearance of being worn.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
